Toploader Privacy Policy

Toploader ("the app") helps you track a sports and trading card collection. This policy describes what data the app collects and how it is used.

Data we collect

• Account information. Your email address (and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account email) is used to create and secure your account.
• Your collection data. Cards you add — names, certification numbers, purchase and sale prices, notes, and photos you take or choose — are stored so the app can show your collection across your devices.
• Purchase information. If you subscribe to Toploader Premium, subscription status is processed by Apple and our subscription provider (RevenueCat) to unlock premium features. We never see your payment details.

How data is used

Your data is used only to provide the app's features: storing your collection, estimating card values, showing analytics, and syncing across devices. Card photos may be processed by an AI service to identify the card; photos are not used to train AI models. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use your data for advertising or tracking across other companies' apps.

Where data lives

Collection data and photos are stored with our backend provider (Supabase). Subscription status is managed by RevenueCat. Value estimates are computed from publicly available market data.

Sharing

If you invite someone to a shared portfolio or publish a public showcase, the cards in that portfolio become visible to those people. You control both features.

Deleting your data

You can delete cards, photos, and portfolios in the app at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the address below.
